The Red Loop should not slide off the door knob at any time. Please make sure you are securing the red loop to the OPPOSITE side of the door to which you will be doing your treatment near. Secure the loop on the opposite side of the door, bring the strap through and above the lock, and close the door from the inside. The red loop will be very secure from the opposite side of the door.
